We know you like to get your parcels fast so we do everything we can to get your new purchase to you quickly!
With fans & friends all over this great big planet, we are happy to send our products to virtually any address in the world that has a letterbox!
We always endeavour to dispatch an order within 2 business days (97%+ leave next day or same day), however, we can’t directly control delivery times beyond our end.
We aim to have your order to you within 2-3 business days if you live in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Newcastle or the Central Coast – this can be quicker if you live in NSW or a capital city and it may be a little longer if you live in a remote area. Below is a guide of delivery estimates (after a package leaves our warehouse):
We use the AusPost eParcel and eParcel Express services for delivery. To see their latest estimated delivery timeframes, you can use AusPost's estimated delivery timeframe calculator here. Use 'BURLIEGH HEADS QLD 4220' as the 'From' destination.
For international orders, we use DHL. Regular post will take between 3-5 business days for New Zealand, 5–15 business days for North America and the UK and between 10–28 working days for the rest of the world.
If you live down a dirt track in KwaZulu-Natal, please allow a little bit extra of extra time.

** YES! We will happily ship surfboards internationally and we have shipped boards to many satisfied customers all over the world. That said, unfortunately, shipping companies in Australia price their services based on the higher of either actual weight (low for a surfboard) or volumetric weight (extremely high for a surfboard), which means shipping surfboards internationally is expensive. However, please note that this is a pass through cost for us, based on our average shipping cost.
*** Heavy/bulky item shipping charges apply to less than 1% of orders and may include but are not limited to thick wetsuits, board cases and other large, heavy or bulky items. Shipping for these items will be assessed and a separate quote sent before international shipping occurs. You will be notified right away if your order is subject to additional shipping cost and will have the option for an immediate refund in full if you do not accept the shipping charge.

Outerbound is committed to customer satisfaction - if you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 100 days (30 days for sale/outlet items), in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund, your choice.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for change of mind returns and/or exchanges.
Watches must have all original protection seals intact to be eligible for return. We do not accept returns on worn, damaged or otherwise non saleable products unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
Importantly, If something arrives damaged or faulty, please take a few images of the faulty item(s) right away and email us with the images on firstname.lastname@example.org
I want to return my order, what do I do?
To complete your return:
- Please ensure the items returned have not been worn, altered, washed, damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags
- Watches must have all original protection seals intact to be eligible for return
- Ship your item. We strongly recommend that you opt for the registered post option so that if your package goes missing (it happens) you can track it down. As you are the sender in this instance, we do not have the authority to track down the parcel for you

When will my refund be processed?
All returns are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt and, if all is in good order, the refund will show on your credit card within 1-5 business days after processing (depending on your financial institution).
Out of Stocks
We update our site’s product availability frequently. However, in rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
